1.      The government has passed a new rule that permits international information exchange for taxation purposes.

2.      The rule will serve as a secondlayer rule to implement the Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) endorsed by the Organization for Economic Coopration and Development (OECD)

3.      The new rule requires “automatic” information swaps between Indonesia and foreign.
